SIP Trunking
  • What is the minimum contract period for a trunk?

How long does it take to install the service?
5-7 working days from placing of order assuming we have the required area code DDIs. If the required DDI area code numbers need to be ordered then 10-12 working days from placing of order. (Note: This assumes broadband is already in place)

Can I manage the PBX on behalf of my customer?
Yes, there is a web interface that will enable each reseller to configure their own customer accounts.

Do you offer training?
Yes, we offer a flexible service whereby we train your own trainers. This is a chargeable service on a case-by-case basis.

What is the minimum contract period for a trunk?
2 Months 1 year

I have dealt with other trunk providers who can only accept numbers ported from BT, are you the same?
Currently we can only port BT numbers. We are working towards being able to port other carrier numbers

Will the CLI be passed?
We can pass any CLI that the customer can prove they own or restrict the CLI if required.

Can I choose which DDI number is presented on outbound calls?
We can pass any CLI that the customer can prove they own.
